Stay Conversations are designed to help identify issues or concerns as early as possible, to help us take relevant action to retain our staff. It can also boost people’s motivation and morale by allowing them to opportunity to feel heard and allow the opportunity to suggest improvements within their workplace.
Our guidance on having Stay Conversations gives you tips such as what questions you might ask, and how to come away with some meaningful outcomes for your staff.
There are also templates to help capture insights from what our staff are telling us. These will support the wider work going on around the Trust to retain staff.
