-active coaches in their organisation and or via Leadership Academy
-hold a recognised coaching qualification, e.g. ILM
-sign up to be a coach via the Academy
-demonstrate commitment through coaching CPD
-able to commit to coaching minimum of 1 participant
| Coaches will be developed to support the national Academy Positive Action programmes.
Participants must be able to meet all the outlined criteria and beyond have the drive and passion to work in a more transformational way to support the evolution of a system that reflects the interests of all.
Coaches will, amongst other benefits, have ongoing coaching CPD, exclusive access to EMCC membership benefits, priority for any future inclusion and diversity coaching development and access to a community of practice.
