A diverse book collection covering topics such as nutrition, exercise, women’s health and menopause, men’s health, mental wellbeing, neurodiversity, and more.
Social wellbeing activities, including, CNTW Book Club (hosted on Microsoft Teams), Randomised Coffee Chats, Resources and guidance to help you set up your own book groups and parental mental health collection, featuring books for children and young people that explore the experience of having a parent or carer with a mental health condition.
