We have lots of ways for managers to hear what you have to say. You can feed back directly to them, or give feedback in your Team Brief. You can also join one of our many Staff Forums.

Every year we have a staff survey which is a snapshot of your views at that time. It is really important for us to know what is going on and for staff to answer honestly and openly.

There are chances to ask questions but also opportunities for open answers giving your views. The results are really important and the Senior Team look at the results carefully and read every individual response.

So when the time comes please play your part in making the company a better place.
