What is the Quarterly Pulse Survey?
The Quarterly Pulse Survey is a short, anonymous online survey of NHS staff. This does not replace the annual National Staff Survey in the Autumn. Instead, the Quarterly Pulse Survey provides an opportunity for staff to share their experiences and feelings on a more regular basis.
What changes are made as a result of this survey?
Your feedback via the Pulse informs local and national changes to improve the experiences of our people and our patients. It helps us to make improvements to how we support our staff.
