You may recall back in April we circulated details of the National Quarterly Pulse Survey for you to complete. The survey was an opportunity for you to have your voice heard and tell us what it’s like to be a member of staff at CNTW as well as provide feedback which helps build a national picture. As we consider how we turn that feedback into action here at CNTW we are pleased to be able to share with you the outcome of the April 2022 Quarterly Pulse Survey.
