Pay and Leave
Proud to be a living wage employer
Our Trust pay the real Living Wage which is higher than the
government minimum. It is independently calculated to pay
employees a rate that they need to live.

Every year the Trust receives notification of the new rate.
Any employee whose salary falls below the hourly rate for the
Living Wage is then contacted and has their pay uplifted accordingly.

The Trust is committed to the Living Wage and supporting our employees.
