The NHS Staff Survey 2026 is now open, giving colleagues across our Trust the chance to share their experiences of working at CNTW.
The survey is one of the most important ways you can tell us what is working well and where improvements are needed. Every response helps us better understand what matters most to our workforce.
Why should I take part?
Your feedback helps shape change across the NHS, within our Trust, and in local teams. We use what staff tell us to:
- Make improvements to policies and ways of working
- Support wellbeing, inclusion and staff experience
- Develop actions that reflect the NHS People Promise
- Better understand and respond to staff needs
Does my feedback make a difference?
Yes. Staff Survey results help us identify what we are doing well and where we need to improve. Previous survey feedback has helped shape changes and priorities across the Trust. The more people who take part, the clearer the picture we get. Every response counts and helps us create a better workplace for everyone.
