This summer our Psychological Services team are holding an immersive two-day careers event on Thursday 4th and Friday 5th July.
We will be welcoming sixth form or university students thinking about a career in psychology and mental health to meet the team and learn about the career.
This is a chance to explore the diverse pathways into psychological professions within our NHS Trust, gain insights into the types of work psychologists and psychological therapists do, and develop a deeper understanding of how mental health difficulties can develop and be supported. Plus, hear first-hand experiences from service users who have accessed psychology services.
We encourage you to share with friends and family at university who may be interested. They need to apply for a spot by 7th June, spaces are limited.
