Mind, Health and Wellbeing Community

Our Mind, Health and Wellbeing Community is a supportive space for colleagues to talk about how work can affect our wellbeing, and how our wellbeing influences our experience at work.

Our meetings are open to all Trust staff, students and apprentices.

We meet regularly to share ideas, discuss our plans, and work together to make sure the voice of our community is heard within the Trust. Meetings often include guest speakers who share their expertise or highlight support available to staff.

Details:

  • When: Last Thursday of every month
  • Time: 11am–1pm (feel free to bring your lunch)
  • Where: Virtually via Microsoft Teams

Our main aims are:

  • Improve communication around wellbeing
  • Provide supportive wellbeing cafés
  • Help create psychological safety across the Trust
