Staff Savings Scheme

Everyone Benefits is a staff savings scheme for everyone (CNTW and NTW Solutions).  It helps you manage money and put something aside each month to save for Christmas, your dream holiday, or just for a rainy day.

You are in total control of your savings and you can choose how much to save each month and when you want the money back. Saving with the scheme does not affect your pension or tax payments.

The amount you choose will be taken from your pay each month and kept safe for you. The scheme runs from January and you get the money back in your October pay, just in time for Christmas.

Life doesn’t always go to plan and if you need the money back you can just ask us.

Unless you tell us you want to leave you will stay a member of the scheme and we will start taking the money again in January the following year.

You can join the scheme anytime but if you join by the 5th of January the money will come out of your January pay and you’ll be a member for the full year. But you can join for part of a year if you want.

If you wish to join the savings club, you will need to complete the salary deduction form, simply search salary deduction form on the intranet. If you have any questions, you can email everyonebenefits@cntw.nhs.uk.

and by signing will be agreeing to the following terms and conditions:

  • All contributions will be deducted from your salary on a monthly basis
  • Once you have indicated on your form the amount of money to be deducted, you cannot amend this during the savings period or withdraw any amount
  • Deductions will continue each month up to and including October
  • Contributions will be paid out in your October salary
  • Deductions will stop at your chosen month, and will automatically re-commence in January of the following year, unless you contact us to cancel.
I joined up to the Trust savings scheme in 2020, it was easy to set up and the payments are taken automatically each month. In October I had an extra £1000 in my pay and I rang salaries to query the additional amount, to be told it was the monies from the saving scheme which I’d totally forgotten about. Hence a nice new TV just before Christmas with some extra cash for presents and food. I’m signed up for 2021 too.
