From 15th December your Total Reward Statement (TRS) will have been updated and refreshed. This midyear refresh captures updates to pension calculations.
TRS gives a personalised summary of a reward package, including basic pay, allowances and pension benefits. Your TRS can be accessed through ERS and for most people it’s the easiest way to access this information.
