All employees are required to attend the half day Induction on the first day of employment, and complete package of essential e-learning training prior to their start date.
Staff who join us from another NHS Trust and have all their essential training up to date, will only be required to attend a half day induction.
Our induction course covers a range of topics including:
Plus all the essential training via e-learning inc. Fire , Health and Safety, Moving and Handing, Infection, Prevention and Control, Information Governance and Data Awareness, Equality and Diversity awareness.
Local induction will identify any other role specific essential training.
