Includes a residential and a series of study day, 121 coaching sessions & Action learning sets.
Successful completion of the programme leads to a Post Graduate Certificate in Clinical Leadership with Teeside University. Successful completion can lead to application for MSC in Transformational leadership in health & social care with adv standing against 60 credits (=f further 2 years study instead of 3)
