Our Staff Excellence Awards took place on Friday 26 June at Newcastle Civic Centre, bringing colleagues together for a truly uplifting celebration of the incredible work happening across CNTW.
Now in their 17th year, the awards are a chance to recognise the dedication, commitment, care and sheer brilliance of colleagues across our organisation. This year we received an amazing 1,226 nominations, with hundreds of finalists joining us on the night. The atmosphere was fantastic – a powerful reminder of the difference our people make every single day.
Thank you to everyone who submitted a nomination, supported the judging process, and joined us to celebrate. Your involvement helps make the awards such a meaningful moment of appreciation and connection.
