We’re excited to announce that, following Vivup’s merger with Perkbox, our employee benefits platform will be transitioning to the new Perkbox platform and will be rebranded as Perkbox. Although the platform name and look will change, you’ll continue to enjoy access to your benefits in the same way as you do today.
Perkbox provides access to hundreds of retail discounts, wellbeing resources, employee rewards and recognition, and a user-friendly online platform and mobile app.
What does this mean for you?
If you currently have an active payroll deduction product that is still being repaid, your account and existing order information will automatically be transferred to Perkbox on launch day.
You will receive an email invitation from Perkbox between 9:00am and 12:00pm on the day of launch. Simply follow the instructions to register and activate your account. Once registered, you’ll be able to access Perkbox and view your existing orders.
Do I need to do anything now?
No action is required at this stage. We’ll share the launch date and further information closer to the transition.
