Quick, free and confidential support for you!

As we move into the New Year, many health and social care staff find themselves carrying more than usual. This time of year can bring reflection, pressure, loss, fatigue, or simply the need to pause and take stock. While you continue to support others, it is important to consider your own wellbeing too.

The Staff Wellbeing Hub offers free, confidential support for all health and social care staff across the North East and North Cumbria. Whether work has been relentless, the festive period is feeling difficult, or the New Year has prompted questions about how you are really doing, we are here for you.

We aim to offer an initial appointment within seven working days, followed by additional brief therapy or support sessions if helpful. There are no waiting lists. Most appointments are offered by video call or telephone, at times that fit around your work and life.

You may be facing challenges at work, at home, or a combination of both. Our experienced NHS clinicians are here to listen, support, and help you find steadier ground as you move into the months ahead.

If you have been thinking about reaching out, now is a good time. Taking a step to get support can be a positive way to care for yourself this winter and beyond.
