Your Total Reward Statement mid-year refresh for 2024–2025 is now available.
Each year, the NHS Business Services Authority (NHS BSA) carries out a mid-year refresh of Total Reward Statements.
This process helps improve the quality and accuracy of the information by re‑running pension calculations and using updated data submitted by employers.
You will receive a statement if you were employed at Cumbria, Northumberland, Tyne and Wear NHS Foundation Trust on 31 March this year.
Your statement can be accessed online through ESR Self Service or via the Total Reward Statement portal.
The statement includes (based on data held as at 31 March):
- Your employment details
- Benefits we offer to employees
- An Annual Benefit Statement if you are a member of the NHS Pension Scheme
