Yes. The more we understand about what people need and what changes we can make, the more we can improve the experience of our staff, and ultimately, improve patient care.
Throughout the survey period, we share examples of significant changes made over recent years as a result of your feedback. Each year we study the new survey results in detail to identify what further actions we can take to make improvements, keeping you updated as we go.
Each year we look in more detail at what the Staff Survey results told us about your experience of working at CNTW, focusing on each of the seven parts of the NHS People Promise, and sharing what the Trust is doing to support staff in each of these areas.
