We’re proud to share that this year’s theme for Black History Month is ‘Standing Firm in Power and Pride’. This theme reminds us to reflect, celebrate and honour the strength, resilience and achievements of the Black community, while also acknowledging the ongoing journey towards equity and inclusion.
This month is about each of us taking responsibility to celebrate and learn together. We encourage everyone to:
- Start conversations about what the theme means to you
- Celebrate achievements
- Create space for listening, understanding and allyship
